1.6L Turbo-Hybrid Joins the MQ4 Lineup New Gen
The MQ4 Sorento debuted a 1.6L turbo-GDI hybrid producing 227 hp combined, alongside a PHEV variant sold on its own page. First engine coolant change lands at 120,000 miles — the hybrid's separate high-voltage inverter coolant loop runs on its own, shorter schedule and doesn't share that figure. Regenerative braking extends front-pad life versus the gas Sorento, and the turbo takes spark plugs at 48,000 miles.
