2027 — New Generation + First Telluride Hybrid
2.5L Turbo Hybrid Replaces the 3.8L V6 New GenEngine Change
The second-generation Telluride retires the naturally-aspirated 3.8L V6 for a 2.5L turbo four-cylinder, and for the first time offers a Telluride Hybrid variant. That brings high-voltage battery and inverter coolant inspections into the schedule, while regenerative braking is expected to extend brake-pad life versus the outgoing V6. Kia has not yet published the detailed mileage intervals for this powertrain; check back or ask your service advisor for the latest factory guidance.
